We are looking for volunteers to help pace runners to their PB at the Get Sh*t Done Run! You should be able to comfortably run faster than the pace time you are applying for. 

21km Pace Times:  1:40, 1:50. 2:00, 2:10, 2:20, 2:30


10km Pace Times: 45min, 50 min, 55min, 1 : 00, 1:05, 1:10


5km Pace Times: 25min, 30min, 35min, 40 min
